This device will allow you to create a device that allows you to set up
a communication system in your MUSH.

The following commands are avilable:

@com +<name> - will add you to channel <name>
@com -<name> - will remove you from channel <name>
@com who <name> - lists all connected players on channel <name>
@com list - lists all the channels
@com <name>=<message> - will display <message> on channel <name>
@com me - lists all channels that you are on

@chan +<name> - will add a new channel(wiz only)
@chan -<name> - will remove a channel(wiz only)
